Since 1991, Jesse Earl has been working with retirement plans, concentrating on 401(k), money purchase and profit sharing programs. Ms. Earl obtained the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) in 2004. Not only is Ms. Earl a member of ASPPA, but also the ASPPA Benefits Council of Central Florida. She continues to network and educate herself through these programs in order to gain more knowledge in her field.

She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, earning a BA in Labor & Industrial Relations with a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Earl is also a life member of the Alumni Association of the University.
