With thirty years of experience, Jeff has worked with clients to design, implement and administer retirement plans. Prior to joining Retirement Plan Specialists, Inc. in 1999 as Vice President, he worked for a large daily valuation third party administrative firm where he was Vice President of Plan Administration. At RPS, Jeff oversees the implementation, administration and ongoing qualification of all of the firm's retirement plans. His experience includes working with a wide range of plan sizes - from 1 employee to thousands.

Mr. Sparks received his Bachelors degree in Mathematics from North Carolina Wesleyan College and began his career in the administration and design of defined benefit and defined contribution plans shortly after the enactment of ERISA. He holds the following designations.

• Qualified Plan Administrator - American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries
• Chartered Life Underwriter - American College
• Chartered Financial Consultant - American College
• Fellow, Life Management Institute - Life Office Management Association

In addition to these designations, he continues to attend various technical and educational programs hosted by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and other firms.

Mr. Sparks is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). He is the current President of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Central Florida and is a member of a local pension study group.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and working with computers. He also enjoys spending time at Disney World.
